Please get in touch with us with any inquiries before the appointment. Please arrive promptly and notify us at least 48 hours prior if you need to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or reservation.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.
• NO-SHOWs without prior notification will be charged 100% of the total service booked (as they are denying other clients an opportunity to be serviced and time is valuable)
• All deposits are non-refundable and will be put towards the total amount of your service for the day.
